Marshall Property Construction were retained to refurbish the 15,000sq ft. commercial unit which included the division of the current space into two units as part of a dilapidations programme to bring the building to a ‘let-able’ standard for the two new incoming tenants. The works comprised of roof works to replace roof sheets, skylights, cladding panels to the side elevations and an internal fit out and complete redecoration to the client’s standard specification.
