Marshall Property Construction were tasked with creating a brand new space for The Marshall Group by renovating a Historic Grade II listed building in a prime location in the Liverpool business district as part of its strategic growth plans.

 

The new Marshall Group Head Office which now also provides a new location for its Construction and Facilities Management arm of the business has been refurbished into a modern, practical and fully accessible office space. The result is a state of the art building in a prime location which was delivered on budget and on time.
