A project to renovate a derelict 2-bedroom property with a single bathroom purchased at auction into a 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom modern home.

 

The ground floor living room was divided into two rooms with one forming an additional downstairs bedroom. The kitchen was been completely remodelled and an additional bathroom fitted in the existing extension.

 

The two upper floor rooms were split to allow space for a larger second bathroom whilst still providing space for two spacious bedrooms. Lowering the floors allowed for all services to run between the ground floor and first floor.

 

The result is a fully modernised 3-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and an extended kitchen and living space. The additional bedroom provides the client with a larger return in rental income and increases the properties overall value.
