Marshall Property Construction were invited to deliver a refurbishment of a modern two-bedroom, ground floor apartment for an overseas property investor situated in a much sought-after area of Liverpool, Merseyside. The apartment was completely refurbished to a high standard including bespoke Joinery, Storage and Shelving, a full Electrical Package included all recessed wiring and design led fixtures and finishes, carpets and full decoration throughout.

 

Throughout the project our team worked closely with the owners, keeping them up to date on the progress of the work and offering advice to help them make decisions on the new kitchen, bathrooms and other aspects of their investment.
