A commercial dilapidations project for one of the UKs leading privately owned commercial property management companies. The units previous use was an industrial steel workshop and was left in a very poor state when vacated. Unit has been refurbished to the standard required by the incoming tenant.

Contract duration: 6 weeks

 

Works included:

 

  • The remove existing and supply and fit new triple skinned modular rooflights with upvc kerbs
  • Licensed asbestos removal
  • New windows, doors and fully insulated electrically operated roller shutter
  • Prepare and decorate existing vertical cladding sheets on all elevations
  • Completely removed the ground and first floor accommodations and office block
  • Supply and install new floor standing commercial gas heaters
  • Full industrial jet wash and clean of the unit’s walls, floors and ceilings
  • Full redecoration including the preparation then application of a two-pack epoxy floor paint
  • Refurbishment of male and female toilets
  • New LED lighting throughout to comply with EPC requirements
