A commercial dilapidations project for one of the UKs leading privately owned commercial property management companies. The units previous use was an industrial steel workshop and was left in a very poor state when vacated. Unit has been refurbished to the standard required by the incoming tenant.

Works included:
- The remove existing and supply and fit new triple skinned modular rooflights with upvc kerbs
- Licensed asbestos removal
- New windows, doors and fully insulated electrically operated roller shutter
- Prepare and decorate existing vertical cladding sheets on all elevations
- Completely removed the ground and first floor accommodations and office block
- Supply and install new floor standing commercial gas heaters
- Full industrial jet wash and clean of the unit’s walls, floors and ceilings
- Full redecoration including the preparation then application of a two-pack epoxy floor paint
- Refurbishment of male and female toilets
- New LED lighting throughout to comply with EPC requirements
